Section 37:3107 - Complaints; penaltiesA. The board may upon its own initiative and shall upon the written complaint of any person investigate alleged violations of this Chapter by any licensed or unlicensed auctioneer, auction house, any applicant, or any apprentice auctioneer or applicant.B.
