A. Appeal from an order disapproving the adoptive placement shall be by trial de novo in the court of appeal, based upon the criteria set out in Article 1177.B. The appeal shall be heard in chambers, confidentially, in a summary manner, and within forty-eight hours of its filing.Acts 1991, No. 235, §12, eff.
