Section 911 - Modification of dispositions while in custody of the Department of Public Safety and CorrectionsA. A motion filed by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections seeking the release of a child from its custody shall be tried contradictorily against the district attorney, unless the district attorney files in the record an affidavit averring no opposition to the motion.B.
