Section 870 - Motion for a bill of particularsA. On motion of the child or on its own motion, the court may require the district attorney to furnish a bill of particulars setting forth more specifically the nature and cause of the allegations charging that the child committed a delinquent act.B. When a bill of particulars is furnished, it shall be filed with the clerk of court and a copy shall be given to the child or his counsel.C.
