Section 755 - Service; nonresident caretakerA. If a caretaker does not reside within this state, service shall be made by certified mail to the address indicated in the petition, return receipt requested, not less than fifteen days prior to commencement of the adjudication hearing on the matter.B. The person effecting the service shall file the return receipt as proof of service.
