Section 776 - [Effective 8/1/2024] Permanency planning reportsA. If at any point in family in need of services proceedings a child enters the custody of the state, the provisions of Chapters 13, 15, and 16 of Title VI of this Code and Article 1004.2 shall be applicable. B.
