Section 960 - Traffic cases heard before juvenile traffic referee; appeal to courtA. In cases of traffic violations, the child may appeal to the court from a judgment of the juvenile traffic referee. Such an appeal shall be filed within three days of the judgment of disposition.B. On appeal, the case shall be tried de novo, and there shall be no further appeal.Acts 1991, No. 235, §9, eff.
