§ 130. Standing Committee on the Comptroller’s Special Reports—Technical and expert assistance; officers and employees

The Office of the Comptroller shall provide the Committee with technical and expert assistance in matters relative to accounts, funds, revenues, disbursements, and property. Whenever it may deem it convenient, the Committee may, with the previous authorization of the presiding officer of the corresponding House, use the officers and employees of the Legislature; it may, also, utilize private advisors and technicians or advisors and technicians of other agencies of the Commonwealth Government, for the fullest clarification of the matters under its scrutiny and consideration.
