The Superintendent, through regulation, along with the Presiding Officers of both Houses of the Legislative Assembly, shall determine the badge to be worn by the members of the Corps. As to uniforms and equipment, the members of the Corps shall be governed by the existing provisions of §§ 3101 et seq. of Title 25, and its regulations.
