In addition to the minimum requirements established in § 844 of this title, candidates shall be selected based upon academic studies, grades, experience and outstanding social services criteria according to the method of selection to be established by regulation approved by the Joint Committee. The Committee shall place the interns in different offices of the legislators of each legislative body.
