§ 825. Selection, regulation

The Joint Committee shall select as many interns per semester as allowed by the appropriated budget, and without affecting the implementation of the program in subsequent years to be placed in various offices of each body. The Joint Committee shall establish, through regulations, a method for selection among the students nominated by members of the Legislature, which shall include selection criteria such as the applicant’s educational background, grades, experience, and outstanding services to the community, among other factors.
