§ 673g. Permanent Fund Management

The Board shall designate one or more banks to operate as custodians of the money, securities, and assets of the Permanent Fund. Custodial banks shall:

(a) Be incorporated under the laws of the United States of America or the Government of Puerto Rico, and

(b) be subject to supervision and examination by banking authorities or federal deposit institutions or those of the Government of Puerto Rico.
