All the improvements, alterations, extensions, repairs and maintenance of the buildings and grounds belonging to the Capitol shall be made under the Superintendent’s direction and supervision. The Legislative Bodies shall contract any expert personnel needed to perform such work, pursuant to the purposes of this chapter.
Any future construction in the Capitol Building must be submitted to the consideration of the Superintendent so as to keep the esthetic balance of the group of the buildings located in the area.
