The Senate and the House of Representatives separately shall, by resolution to that effect, determine the number of copies of the Legislative Journal to be published for the use of each House. Each member of the Senate and of the House of Representatives shall receive ten (10) copies of the Legislative Journal. The Director shall, under the direction of the presiding officers of both Houses, furnish copy of the Legislative Journal to subscribers, officers, newspapers and other publications, and to official centers and private persons.
