§ 204. Term for consideration of bills—Action; date limited by session

When the Bodies are assembled in regular session during the five (5) days prior to the date [that] said session is to adjourn, no bill shall be voted on unless the latter has been passed by both Bodies in a final vote.

Each Body shall inform the other of any other legislative action and of the bills passed by the Body of origin, for the sole purpose of allowing the recipient Body to refer said information to its committees for the corresponding study and consideration.
