§ 27a. Constitutional base

Sections 27a—37 of this title are hereby established as an exercise and in recognition of the power granted to the Legislature by Section 9 of Article Ill of the Constitution of Puerto Rico, presented in Title 1, to adopt regulations for its internal government and in order to establish a uniform standard for both legislative bodies on a matter of public interest.
