The consolidated rural schools shall be graded schools and shall consist of at least eight rooms. Each consolidated rural school shall have as annexes or appurtenances thereof:
(a) A dwelling house for teachers.
(b) A parcel of land for the theoretical and practical agricultural education of the pupils. Such parcel shall consist of approximately fifty (50) arable cuerdas of land and shall be divided into parcels devoted to the cultivation of tropical, industrial and alimentary plants.
(c) Shops, utensils and machinery for the practical teaching of the following arts and trades: typography, typewriting, tailoring, shoemaking, saddlery, carpentry and cabinet making, plumbing, making palm hats, tapestry, domestic science and especially lingerie sewing, drawn work, embroidery and needle work, and such others as the commission may determine.
(d) One school dining room.
