§ 937. Interpretation with respect to other laws

In cases in which the provisions of §§ 901—917 of this title, are in conflict with the provisions of any other law of the Legislature of Puerto Rico, the provisions of §§ 901—917 of this title, shall prevail, and no other law previously or subsequently approved to regulate the administration of the Commonwealth Government, or any parts thereof, its offices, bureaus, departments, commissions, dependencies, municipalities, branches, agents, officers or employees shall be interpreted as being applicable to the Authority, unless specifically provided, and the matters and business of the Authority shall be managed pursuant to the provisions of §§ 901—917 of this title; Provided, however, That the regular employees of the Authority, by resolution approved by the Board of Directors, may join, partially or wholly, the Employees Retirement System of the Government of Puerto Rico and its Instrumentalities, created by §§ 761 et seq. of Title 3.
