§ 386. Right to enter properties

For the effectuation of the purposes of this subchapter and the performance of the duties and functions imposed by it upon the Authority, the latter is hereby empowered, upon notice to the owner or holder or his representative, to enter any tract of land or property that the Authority may deem it necessary or convenient to enter, in order to make surveys, measurements, appraisals, and investigations of any kind or nature.
