§ 301. Location; appropriation

The sum of two hundred thousand ($200,000) dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of carrying to completion the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction of an irrigation system for the district situated approximately between the Guajataca river on the east and the town of Aguadilla on the west, including the irrigable lands in the municipalities of Isabela, Moca and Aguadilla, and for the commencement and prosecution of the work of construction thereof, and expenses connected therewith, until such time as sufficient funds shall be available in the Treasury from the sale of the bonds provided for such purpose by legislative enactment.
