§ 209. Reports

The Authority shall submit to the Legislature and to the Governor of Puerto Rico, as soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year of the Commonwealth Government but prior to the end of the calendar year: (1) A financial statement and complete report of the business of the Authority for the preceding fiscal year, and (2) a complete report on the status and progress of all its undertakings and activities since the creation of the Authority or the date of its last such report. The Authority shall also submit to the Legislature and to the Governor of Puerto Rico, at such other times as may be required, official reports of its business and activities under §§ 191—217 of this title.
