The funds necessary to defray the operating expenses of the Road Keeper Corps shall be consigned in the Annual Resolution of the General Expense Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico, under the item corresponding to the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority. The funds necessary to defray the operating expenses of the Council shall be consigned in the Annual Resolution of the General Expense Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico, under the item corresponding to the Department of Transportation and Public Works.
