The Access Platform shall operate through the use of a computerized information system whereby:
(a) Applicants shall file electronically any required document, swiftly and reliably.
(b) Interested individuals may access the information in the CPRGIS, the Map, and the SPCS over the Internet.
(c) Government entities concerned and authorized professionals may access information as needed to discharge their duties in accordance with this chapter.
(d) Permit Managers, Permit Officers and the Director of the Environmental Compliance Assessment Division, authorized professionals and Autonomous Municipalities with I to V granted hierarchy may use the CPRGIS, the Map, and the SPCS to issue final determinations and permits according to the conditions established by regulations.
(e) The legal provisions applicable to public documents and electronic signatures and any applicable other law or regulation shall be complied with.
(f) Strategies directed to actively incorporate the use of information and telecommunications technologies in the operations of the Platform shall be developed.
