It shall be the primary duty and responsibility of the OGPe, through the Office, to establish an Access Platform to the CPRGIS, the Map, and the SPCS that is efficient, modern, and easily accessible for all agencies, instrumentalities and departments of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, municipalities, and public corporations as well as for authorized professionals and natural and juridical persons in general.
