§ 6951r. Jurisdiction

The Courts of Puerto Rico and the DACO shall have concurrent jurisdiction to hear any controversy between a vacation home developer and a buyer regarding their rights and obligations under the terms of a special escrow account agreement, reservation contract, or purchase agreement, including claims related to construction defects.
