The Puerto Rico Tourism Company shall have the obligation to oversee that the funds appropriated to the Fund be used in accordance to the regulations established by it.
Sixty (60) days on or before the closing of each fiscal year, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company shall render a report to the Governor and the Legislature [regarding] compliance with, and administration of this chapter.
