§ 6933. Fund—Creation

A special fund is hereby created in the books of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company to be denominated the “Special Fund for the Charter Flights Incentive Program at the Rafael Hernandez Airport of Aguadilla and Mercedita International Airport of Ponce” (the “Fund’), attached to the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. The Fund shall be kept separate from other public funds under the custody of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. The Fund shall be nourished from the following appropriations:

(a) The sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) from the funds of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, existing at present in the Air Access Program.

(b) Monetary appropriations provided by this chapter and those to be destined in the future by the Legislature to the special fund created herein.

(c) Any other moneys to be donated, transferred or assigned by the federal, Commonwealth or municipal government bodies or private persons or entities, including the Budget Fund created by virtue of §§ 101 et seq. of this title.
