The Puerto Rico Tourism Company is hereby directed to prepare a Strategic Plan for the Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico tourist development destination. For the purposes of this chapter the term “Plan” shall mean the Strategic Plan for the tourist development destination Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico.
The destination known as the Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico shall comprise the Municipalities of Aguada, Aguadilla, Añasco, Cabo Rojo, Guánica, Isabela, Hormigueros, Las Marías, Lajas, Maricao, Mayagüez, Moca, Rincón, Sabana Grande, San Germán, San Sebastián and Quebradillas.
