§ 6855. Administration and report

It shall be the obligation of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company to ensure that the funds appropriated to the Fund are used according to the regulations the latter shall establish.

Ninety (90) days by or before the close of every fiscal year, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company shall render a report to the Governor and to the Legislature of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico about compliance with and administration of this chapter.
