The Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics created under §§ 971 et seq. of Title 3, shall draft an annual report on the social, economic, statistical, labor aspects indices, among others, as are necessary for the development of creative industries in Puerto Rico. The University of Puerto Rico shall collaborate with the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics in the data preparation and analysis as directed by this chapter. The Puerto Rico Creative Industries Advisory Council and the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics may agree on any additional fields that may be included in said report.
