The offenses defined in §§ 2302, 2408, 2503, 2516 and 2605 of this title shall be punishable by imprisonment in jail for a maximum term of two (2) years, or by a maximum fine of two thousand dollars ($2,000) or by both penalties. The offenses defined in § 2418 of this title shall be punished as therein provided.
