§ 2409. Penalties for noncompliance of duties

The Authority shall impose and collect, for each violation, an administrative fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) or greater than one hundred dollars ($100) from every pilot who incurs in negligence in the fulfillment of his duties or who voluntarily fails to comply with the same without just cause in violation of this chapter, of the Regulation of Docks and Harbors of 1928, or in violations approved and promulgated hereunder which continue in force, or of the rules or regulations approved and promulgated by the Administrator as provided in § 2402 of this title. The provisions of § 2203 of this title shall be applicable to the fines imposed by the Authority in accordance with the provisions in this section. The Director may also suspend, revoke or not renew the pilot license in accordance with § 2407 of this title.
