The registration of every contractor, as defined in §§ 1020a—1020f of this title, in the Contractor’s Registry is hereby ordered. This registry shall be available for review by any interested party. Said registration shall be revised at intervals not to exceed three (3) months in order to include in said registry the final and binding determinations of the Department of Consumer Affairs for noncompliance. Should any determinations exist, that information shall be included in the registry together with [its] status next to the name of the contractor.
Every certification issued by the Department to such effects shall contain all the said data. Should the complaint be solved, all information pertaining thereto shall be eliminated from the certification issued. However, it shall not be eliminated from the Registry, which will show that the claim was adjudicated, and the determination of the Department.
