Any person who shall impersonate in any way the Administrator, the Chief, the supervisors, the technicians or the officials of the Division of Weights and Measures, by the use of his official seal or a counterfeit of his seal, or in any other manner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof by a competent court shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not more than one (1) year or by both penalties in the discretion of the court.
