§ 918. Measure and capacity marks on vehicles, wagons or devices

All vehicles, wagons or devices used as a measure of capacity to sell, transfer or deliver solid or loose materials, or fluid form shall bear clearly and legibly marked its measures and capacity and such other measures that the Administrator may determine by regulations. It shall be unlawful to mark a false capacity, as well as to sell or use said vehicles, wagons or devices, without first having been inspected, tested and sealed. It shall be unlawful to use vehicles containing more than one compartment for the sale of liquid products which use a manifold without being provided with check valves in good condition to prevent the liquid from passing from one compartment to the other.
