§ 816. Injunctions

When in the Secretary’s judgment, any person has incurred or is going to incur in an act or practice that constitutes a violation of §§ 805—821 of this title or of a regulation, order or resolution issued by him, he may request the Court of First Instance and said court shall have jurisdiction to issue, upon proof therefor, an order hindering the commission or continuation of such acts or practices, or of an injunction to enforce the compliance of said provision, no matter whether there is another proper appeal in law. The court shall issue, free of bond, a temporary or permanent injunction or interdiction, as requested.
