§ 470. Penalties

Any person who violates this chapter, or any rule or regulation adopted hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine which shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both penalties, in the discretion of the court.
