Any person arrested in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be taken, without unnecessary delay, to the presence of a judge of the Court of First Instance to be examined; and any lawyer duly authorized to practice before the courts of Puerto Rico may visit the arrested person upon request of the latter.
