§ 434. Alienation of property bounded by or adjacent to harbors

No property of the Commonwealth Government, of the Government of the Capital or the municipal governments, or of any other dependency, agency, or instrumentality thereof, bounded by or adjacent to any harbor, shall be sold, leased, or otherwise alienated without the consent of the Economic Development Administration.
