§ 248s. Promotion of Puerto Rican industries—Appearance before legislature

After six (6) months from the effective date of this act have elapsed, the Administrator of the Economic Development Administration, together with the Deputy Administrator, shall appear before the Legislature to present and explain:

(1) The study performed and its findings with regard to each of the priority areas mentioned in § 248p of this title, and any others that were included.

(2) The administrative and operational restructuring and any other measures, or activities provided to achieve the most effective promotion of the development of Puerto Rican industry, pursuant to the Report on Conclusions, and recommendations of the short and long-term plans.
