§ 203. Lighting and marking of aerial navigation hazards

In the granting of any permit under this chapter, the Permit Management Office or the Planning Board, as the case may be, may, if deemed advisable for the enforcement of this chapter under reasonable circumstances, require the owner of the structure or object of natural growth in question to permit the Commonwealth or the political subdivisions thereof to install, operate, and maintain on the said structure or object of natural growth, on the account of the applicant, such markers or lights as may be necessary to indicate to aviators the presence of an obstacle to aerial navigation.
