(a) The Community and Recreation Center Project, located in the Malpaso Ward, in Road #417, interior kilometer 1.6 of the César Ruíz sector in the Munipality of Aguada is hereby named after Professor Efigenia “Feña” Santiago.
(b) The School Principal shall place a sign at the school mentioned in the previous subsection in accordance with the provisions of this section, and be exempt from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the “Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act”.
(c) The costs incurred in the sign for the Community and Recreation Center Project may derive from private, municipal, state, or federal contributions.
