(a) The Soller Sugar Mill in the Municipality of Camuy is hereby declared a place of historic value and it is hereby provided that the Planning Board shall include it in its Historic Sites and Zones Register.
(b) The Planning Board, by virtue of the provisions of §§ 161 et seq. of this title; §§ 167 et seq. of this title; and §§ 62 et seq. of this title, and in coordination with the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the State Historic Preservation Office, shall carry out all necessary efforts to preserve the Soller Sugar Mill and shall solicit all those benefits available for the Sugar Mill as a place of historic value under the legislation and regulations in effect.
