(a) The Toa Baja Municipal Library, located at the Levittown water tank, is hereby designated with the name of Professor Juana Barroso-Martínez.
(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
