(a) To name the new municipal coliseum of Quebradillas after the former basketball player, Raymond Dalmau-Pérez, for his extraordinary contribution to sports in Puerto Rico at the national and international level.
(b) A copy of this section shall be distributed to the communication media of the Island for its corresponding diffusion.
