(a) The house of Don Delfín Benítez in the Municipality of Loíza, is hereby declared as a site of historical interest for its conservation, use and enjoyment by the People of Puerto Rico.
(b) The Planning Board, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, and the Municipality of Loíza shall take the necessary measures for ensuring full compliance with this legislation.
