§ 189i. Ensenada Sugar Mill Chimneys

(a) The two chimneys of the Ensenada Sugar Mill, located in the Municipality of Guánica are hereby declared a historical monument.

(b) The Planning Board, in coordination and with the advice of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to strictly comply with the provisions of this section, and shall include the two chimneys of the Ensenada Sugar Mill, in the list of Historical Zones and Sites, pursuant to the provisions of the prevent legislation, and Regulation No. 5 of Historic Zones and Sites.

(c) The Land Authority, with the advice of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, shall place a commemorative plaque alluding to said designation, not later than six (6) months after the effective date of this act.
