(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission is hereby directed to name the bridge over the Tallaboa River located in the Municipality of Peñuelas after Pedro Ruberté Robles.
(b) Once approved, the Department of State shall give notice of this section to the Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to carry out the pertinent administrative procedures.
(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to give compliance to the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
