(a) It is hereby provided that the Antiguo Convento de los Domínicos of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture in Old San Juan be designated as Lucy Boscana Theater in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the theater, and for her artistic legacy to Puerto Rican culture, earning her the title of “The First Lady of Puerto Rican Theater”.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Designating Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
