(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture is hereby directed to name the bridge on Highway PR 53, from Km. 40.2 to Km. 42.7 of the Municipality of Yabucoa, after Ramón Luis Cruz-Dávila.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take all the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section.
